Volunteer in our E-commerce hub

Promote sustainable fashion and help end homelessness.

Our E-commerce team enables customers to shop from Crisis from the convenience of their homes.

As an E-commerce volunteer, you'll be helping to showcase the very best new and pre-loved goods online as part of a creative, fun and supportive team. It's a great opportunity to learn more about the sustainable fashion industry, meet like-minded people and contribute towards ending homelessness.

You'll be helping our e-commerce team run our online shop, selling pre-loved clothing, shoes and accessories from high street, vintage and designer labels.

We receive hundreds of donated items each week to our E-commerce hub in Canning Town where they are sorted, priced and sold online.

As an e-commerce volunteer, you will be helping to sell these products online. Tasks could include:

  • checking in products
  • steaming garments
  • preparing and taking pictures of items for sale
  • listing items on our online store and other marketplaces
  • managing and packing customer orders.

By selling these unique items, we can keep them out of landfill and raise vital funds to help people thousands of people out of homelessness every year.

What will I get from volunteering?
