Supporter star: UCL Boat Club 🚣

We know our supporters are committed, and they do a great job of using their skills and hobbies to fundraise in creative ways, but even we're blown away by the commitment to row non-stop for 48 hours!

That's exactly what UCL Boat Club did this weekend - the whole club came together to cover an amazing 48 hour rowathon, raising money for UCL Boat Club and Crisis. Over 100 club members took turns in 2 hour shifts, rowing through the night, come rain or shine!

This year they rowed over 1 million metres and have smashed their fundraising target, raising over £3,500 through JustGiving and donations from the public. They were also joined by a local busker for the weekend who donated all the money he raised to them.

Over the last 2 years they have raised nearly £7,000 through their annual rowathons - what an achievement!

This huge undertaking involves the entire Boat Club who row continuously for 48 hours straight, championing fantastic organisations like Crisis.

Thank you UCL Boat Club - you're all stars!
