Icebreaker is a cold-water challenge with live lido events and the opportunity to ‘Do It Your own way’, whether that’s a dip a day at your favourite swimming spot, or a cold shower at home.

Our cold water-challenge events in London are: 

• Brockwell Lido: Saturday 7 December 2024
• Parliament Hill Lido: Saturday 8 January 2025
• Tooting Bec Lido: Saturday 25 January 2025

There will also be activity in Oxford, South Wales and Brighton. 

Filling in this form doesn't guarantee you a place in the event or commit you to a chilly challenge, and you will still need to sign up when registration opens in October.
