Project summary

The main aim is to provide housing and tenancy support for vulnerable people who have difficulty, for whatever reason, accessing or maintaining accommodation themselves.

We hope to achieve this through working in partnership with local authorities and the private sector alike to ensure appropriate referrals are made and suitable property is sourced.

Homeless and at risk

Client services

Main Aims:

1: To provide accommodation and tenancy management coaching and guidance for people who experience emotional distress, who have a disability and/or who are vulnerable.

2:To provide accommodation for people who have difficulty accessing and/or maintaining accommodation without help and support and/or who:

2.1 have low or no income,

2.2 have poor or no credit hishtory,

2.3 are unable to raise a rent deposit

3.To provide support and training for individuals within these client groups to help them gain greater confidence, life skills and independence.
