•No monthly management fee
•Full 'Worry free' management service
•Regular property visits
•Day-to-day maintenance
•No deposit registration fee
•No negotiation with tenant over deposit

•No charge for an inventory at the start of tenancy
•No charge for inventory at the end of tenancy
•We take care of all tenancy changes, including cleaning, minor repairs etc
•No admin fees for repair service - we use high-quality contractors
