Who is eligible?

Our Tenancy Support and Crisis Intervention Services are FREE, Confidential and Non Judgemental advice and support service to people over the age of 17 who are either homeless or are in danger of losing their tenancy.

Client services

Provides bond certificates, housing and benefits advice, and signposting or referral to support or other agencies. Our Bond Board covering Blaenau Gwent and Merthyr Tydfil assists people on a low income to find private, rented accommodation.

How are referrals made

Referral is via Blaenau Gwent Housing Options team only, who can be reached on 01495 354600

Landlords

Landlord services

Free housing health and safety inspections for properties where a bond is to be issued. Mediation with tenants, including addressing Housing Benefits issues. If the client damages the property then the landlord can claim up to the value of the bond at the
