The Homefinder Scheme is aimed at those on low incomes, claiming benefits and may have some level of support needs to maintain a tenancy. The fund is managed by the Bristol Credit Union, who arrange loan agreements with those using the Scheme for the depo

How are referrals made

Referral onto the Scheme is made via the Housing Options Advisors within the Council Housing Services.
