A service to assist clients secure appropriate private rented accommodation, the Bond Scheme is offered by their letting agency "Somerset West Letting Agency"

Who is eligible?

Single people and couples with no dependents ages 18 +; Those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, those who are outside the statutory duty that the local authority has to house & on a low income with little or no savings and capable of livin
