Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Crisis UK and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

How to enter
During the period from Tuesday 8 September at 11 AM BST to Thursday 10 September at 11 AM BST (the “Giveaway Period”) visit @crisis_uk on Twitter, @crisis_uk on Instagram or @crisis on Facebook and follow the instructions on the contest social post.

If selected as a winner, you will be required to provide your name, email address and country of residence. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Limited to one entry per IP address. Limited to one entry per device. All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. The sponsor’s clock is the official time used for the Giveaway.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The prize
The prize is one ticket to the “Massive Get together” online event taking place on 17 September at 8 PM BST. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. One ticket will be issued per winner. Tickets are not transferable.

Prize distribution by social media platform is as follows:

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries submitted during the Giveaway Period. The draw will be made by the responsible person at Crisis. The draw will be witnessed by another individual other than the person making the draw. Winners will be notified on 11 September directly by Twitter or Instagram message or by Facebook comment, dependent on where they submitted their entry message. The Prize will be sent via email to the address supplied by the winner by Volunteering Matters, (organisers of The Massive Get Together), in advance of the event.

In the event the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner by the sponsor.

Conditions of participation
Online entrants must have a valid Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account and a valid email address. It is the entrant’s responsibility to update the Sponsor of any changes to their social handle or email address. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway.

The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the sponsor’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the sponsor.

The sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

Entrants data
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation. Winners’ email addresses will be supplied to Volunteering Matters, (organisers of The Massive Get Together), in order to distribute prizes. Winner’s list
The winners’ list will be made available on request 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: national.regional@crisis.org.uk. We may be asked to share the list, including your email address, as evidence of the draw with any relevant regulators.
