Behind The Scenes Day - Spring 2023!

The next Behind the Scenes Day will be on Tuesday 2nd May 2023! 

Behind the Scenes Day (BTS) is a chance to meet the team and get a flavour of what will be involved in the Retail Training Programme (RTP) and/or volunteering. Attendees can get comfortable in the shop environment and have any questions answered. Members will also find out about our Next Steps opportunities such as Barista Training with Old Spike Roastery.

What does the Retail Training Involve? 
 
You will learn a range of new and transferable skills including:   
 
- Health and Safety   
- Operations and Customer Service   
- Stock and Visual Merchandising   
- Teamwork and preparing for employment   
- Employability Skills workshops (including a mock interview)   
- An inspirational away day  

Members will have the option to train at the following locations:

- Dalston
- Highbury and Islington
- Peckham
- Archway
- Elephant and Castle
