The main objective of the Rent Deposit Scheme is to help prevent homelessness in Welwyn Hatfield.

Who is eligible?

This scheme is only available to people who have a duty to be housed by the Trust in accordance with homelessness legislation. You must have the necessary financial resources to rent in the private sector, but not to save for a deposit.
