Thanet Help to Move Scheme

Project summary

The Help to Move Scheme is a new landlord incentive scheme designed to support landlords and managing agents of properties in finding tenants and letting their properties, whilst supporting households who are homeless, or are threatened with homelessness, who do not have the financial means to secure their own tenancy.

Households who are agreed for assistance through the Help to Move Scheme can be given a Deposit Guarantee to act as a replacement for paying a cash deposit.
