Project summary
Shrewsbury Homes for All is a local registered charity, established in 1993, working to ensure that people in the Shrewsbury area are adequately housed.
We offer free and confidential housing advice and information, and work alongside many other local groups concerned with the needs of the homeless.
Clients
Who is eligible?
Available if you are homeless, threatened with homelessness and on a low income or receiving benefits. Also if you are staying in Temporary Accommodation, living somewhere that you cannot afford to pay for, living in overcrowded conditions, living in poor conditions that affect your health or at risk of violence or abuse in your home.

- Assistance with finding properties in the PRS
- Tenancy support service
- Practical support for tenants (e.g. advice on setting up tenancy/deposit)
- Housing Benefit assistance
- Bond Guarantees
They can also help with setting up a rent account scheme, provide advice on finding rent in advance and assistance with setting up a home. **Please call for an appontment**
