Project summary

Supporting people with any form of housing need to become independent, including help with finding somewhere to live or with maintaining existing accommodation.  Working with landlords to find private sector accommodation and managing all aspects of the tenancy.

Landlords

Landlord services

At P3, we offer a 6-12 month hassle-free contract for private landlords, during which we manage every aspect of the tenancy. This includes deposit guarantee and maintenance of property.
