North Ayrshire Council operate a rent deposit guarantee scheme to support those threatened by homelessness into the private rented sector (PRS).

How are referrals made

Landlords or prospective tenants interested in the scheme are encouraged to phone 01294 314 700 and ask to speak to someone on the Rent Deposit Guarantee Sheme Team.
