Humankind (Previously called DISC)
Project summary
Stretching across the North of England, Humankind has been providing housing related support for more than 25 years. We own or rent property across Northern England, and because our charity offers many different services, we can help our clients with a range of their different needs, such as employment, training, family support, health and wellbeing. We help vulnerable people in the community who may be homeless, at risk of homelessness or at risk of losing their tenancy.
