Project summary
The Home Choice scheme provides people who may be homeless with the opportunity to move into a home of their choice and to avoid homelessness or a lengthy stay in temporary accommodation.

Who is eligible?
Those who have become homeless through no fault of their own and have been referred to the Scheme by the Councils Duty Officer.

They also pay reasonable agency fees to help with costs incurred when setting up a tenancy. Furthermore, the scheme can supply potential tenants very quickly, minimising costly void periods.
