Eastleigh Borough Council Tenancy & Rent Top up

Project summary

If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness there is a Tenancy Start up Loan and a Rent Top Up Loan available.  The Housing Advice team will also be able to provide advice and assistance related to housing.

People who are considered to be homeless and those people who are threatened with homelessness

Self referral to the Housing Case Management Team.
