Project summary

If you do not have enough money for a bond, you may be able to receive help from the bond scheme. The bond scheme involves a guarantee in lieu of a bond to a landlord or letting agent to enable applicants on our waiting list who are homeless, or threatened with homelessness, to obtain private rented accommodation within the East Riding of Yorkshire. We do not give cash bonds. Demand for this scheme is very high and guarantees are limited, availability is therefore subject to funding and qualifying criteria.
