Project summary

Crisis Housing Coaches will work with homeless people, and those at risk of homelessness, to overcome the barriers to renting privately. Through coaching, advice, advocacy and support, Housing Coaches can help people find and keep a privately rented home.

How are referrals made

To work with a Housing Coach you will need to become a member with your local Crisis Skylight centre. For more information on becoming a member please visit Crisis Skylight South Wales Partner agency referrals are also accepted.
