Bond Guarantee Scheme exists to help new tenants find a property by replacing a cash deposit with a written agreement known as a bond. The scheme is operated by the Housing Options team at City of York Council. Basic practical and legal support is given o

Only available to customers who have had a housing options interview and meet other eligibility criteria
