Time off

Generous leave arrangements including:

  • 28 days annual leave increasing to 31 days after four years’ service (plus public holidays)

Development

We believe that investment in our staff to develop their skills is essential in order to continue providing high quality support to our members. We provide:

  • Training for role related duties e.g., training in how to use systems
  • Generic skills training to, these contribute towards personal development
  • Short courses which includes developing skills and knowledge relevant to role
  • On the job training, mentoring and work shadowing
  • On demand digital learning
  • Instructor lead workshops, – covering a range of topics from mental health to communication skills
  • Study leave (up to five days per year) if you carry out a qualification relevant to your role at Crisis.
