Crisis Skylight Oxford is looking for a volunteer to assist our Regional Fundraiser with fundraising admin. You will help with the preparation of fundraising initiatives and update supporter records. You’ll be part of a small team that ensures our supporters are valued and receive excellent supporter care. There will be the opportunity to join us at events.
Our social media and learning team admin volunteer will help make a difference to our members lives by ensuring our members are aware of opportunities that are available to them to help them develop social networks, new skills and to move on in their journey out of homelessness.
As an IT volunteer you will be training and supporting staff, volunteers and members with excel issues to ensure the service is running smoothly. You will also put together a step by step guide with the potential to deliver this to an IT class for our members. This is a flexible role to fit around your time.
Our IT classes support members to develop skills that can help them to move on with the next steps of their journey - this might be learning about a particular software package or completing an online learning programme. You will make a real difference to their lives by providing support to the class tutor as well as the Crisis members who attend the class.
Our gardening class teaches members a range of gardening skills including how to grow their own vegetables. At this session members will be helping prepare our allotment before planting for the coming seasons.
Help us to develop our singing group for performances at our carol concert and other events. Use your skills as a pianist/keyboard player and your ability to read music and harmonise to help us develop our talented members ready for performance.
Crisis Skylight Oxford is looking for a team of volunteers to help organise and attend bucket collections in Oxfordshire. You will liaise with our Volunteer Co-ordinator, taking part in local events with the aim of raising donations for Crisis. Any money you raise will be used to provide services to people experiencing homelessness in Oxford.
Our admin team help us to ensure we have a smooth running service with the resources we need to be able to deliver our services to members on their journey out of homelessness. Use your admin and customer service skills to help us achieve this.
