We offer lots of classes, workshops and activities through our Skylight centres. Members can get one-to-one attention and support too.
You can find out more about the sorts of things you can do in your Member Handbook(PDF).
Go to your local Skylight by choosing from the list below to find information about our classes in the timetable.
I’ve become a bit of a sponge soaking up all the things to learn. I can’t get enough of the classes. I wasn’t very good at school and didn’t enjoy it, but the way Crisis teaches me is fun and has really built up my confidence. I never used to talk to anyone. After taking part in classes I talk to anyone. Crisis member
From the 3rd April 2018, the law has changed in England to improve the help and support that local councils need to provide. If you are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless, your local council are now likely to have a duty to help you stay in your home or find accommodation.
You can have a real say and be involved in how things happen at Crisis. What our members say helps shape what we do and how we do it.
Fill in this form and let us know what we are doing right and what we can do better.
Come along to your Skylight and tell us what you think.
All Crisis Skylights have regular meetings called Members' forum where members can have their say and find out what’s going on in Crisis.
All of our members are welcome – it’s a great chance to meet other people and influence the way we work.
Keep an eye on your Crisis Skylight noticeboard for dates.
We want everyone to be able to feel happy and safe while at Crisis so we have a code of conduct we ask all members to follow.
We would rather you told us about something that you don’t feel is right or not working properly, than kept it to yourself. We value your views and opinions and want to provide services that are as good as possible.
