Help to Rent Tookit

This toolkit is based on key principles for successful Help to Rent projects. It has been developed through our consultations with central and local government as well as landlord and tenant groups.

It will be helpful for local authorities, housing associations, private landlords and Help to Rent programmes. It includes templates, checklists and example documents.
