Our partnership with LK Bennett

We are thrilled to announce that LK Bennett's festive cause-related campaign raised £8,600 to support our work to end homelessness. The womenswear brand partnered with Crisis to raise funds in support of people experiencing homelessness through the sale of winter coats: for every coat sold in November online and in LK Bennett stores across London, £20 was donated to Crisis.

Crisis' Shops team were delighted to host LK Bennett staff for a day of volunteering at our Canning Town warehouse, where staff prepared items for sale in our online store. We are also so grateful to LK Bennett for collecting and donating winter coats to Crisis through November alongside their fundraising campaign: these items will be resold through our network of high-street Shops From Crisis in order to raise further funds for our work to end homelessness.

To launch the partnership, LK Bennett hosted Crisis staff and a roster of influencers and brand ambassadors at their flagship Sloane Square store, where attendees were invited to 'give a coat, get a coat'. This event provided an opportunity for LK Bennett staff and ambassadors to learn about the landscape of homelessness in Great Britain, and how Crisis is working to end it, from our Executive Director of Enterprise and Commerce Liz Choonara. Additionally, guests were treated to a speech from Crisis' member ambassador Joan Marsh, who shared some of her experiences of working together with Crisis and our Changing Lives programme to develop and launch her business Brides Walking the Runway.

A huge thank you to LK Bennett for your incredible support this year, and we can't wait to see what 2024 has in store for our partnership!
